Values

Our values power the delivery of every customer mission. They guide how we operate, collaborate and deliver for the organisations that depend on us.

Purpose

Windracers is clear on our purpose: Windracers advances autonomous aviation technology and ULTRA capabilities to deliver missions for our customers. That is our purpose.

Agile

In pursuing our Purpose, Windracers must be agile at a company and team level.  Windracers must act with agility in response to changing customer circumstances and requirements.

Resilient

Resilience in our systems and in our people will enable us to reliably, safely and cost-effectively deliver missions for customers. ULTRA is engineered to be resilient to work in the harshest environments and return to service quickly after maintenance and repair.

Team

Windracers is a team, a group of people from diverse backgrounds and experiences that work to advance and meet shared goals as we pursue our mission.

Safe

Windracers has a duty of care to ensure that our team researches, engineers, manufactures and operates safely in all circumstances, without exception.

The Story Behind Our Symbol

The Brandmark

The Windracers brandmark is inspired by Sleipnir, the eight-legged horse of Odin, a symbol of power, speed, and limitless travel. Sleipnir could move across worlds with ease, just as ULTRA helps organisations overcome distance, terrain, and difficult conditions

The Typeface

The Sleipnir emblem is paired with the ultramodern Nasalization typeface, influenced by the 1975 NASA logotype. It unites ancient myth with future-focused engineering. It is a visual expression of Windracers’ mission to push cargo autonomy to the farthest limit.
